Attorney/Client Privileged Information

Confidential communications between a client and an attorney for the purpose of securing legal advice. For the privilege of confidentiality to exist, the communication must be to, from or with an attorney.

Attorney/Client Privileged Information applies when a communication is made between privileged persons in confidence for the purpose of seeking, obtaining or providing legal assistance to the client. 

Examples

If communicate directly to an attorney that represents U.C. or U.C. Davis.
